1.Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "558jili" / "Platform" refers to the online gaming and entertainment platform operated at https://558jili.app, including all associated services, games, features, and content.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 558jili platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the 558jili platform.
• "Wallet" / "Balance" refers to the PHP-denominated funds held within a Player's 558jili account for the purpose of placing bets and receiving winnings.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits, free bets, cashback amounts, or any other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's account by 558jili.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• "Real Money Funds" refers to PHP amounts deposited by the Player from their own financial accounts, as distinct from Bonus Funds.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country, territory, or region where access to or use of the 558jili platform is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.

2.Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use the 558jili platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under applicable law;
• You are not accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party;
• You have not previously been excluded from the 558jili platform or any affiliated platform;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 558jili or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

558jili reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to belong to persons under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds will be forfeited, and the matter may be reported to the relevant regulatory authorities.

3.Account Registration & Verification

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 558jili platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

When registering a 558jili account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to:

• Your legal full name as it appears on a valid government-issued identification document;
• Your date of birth;
• A valid Philippine mobile number or email address;
• A secure password of your choosing.

558jili implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents to verify your identity before withdrawals are processed:

• Government-issued photo ID (Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, or voter's ID);
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate dated within the last three months);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of GCash account showing your registered name).

558jili reserves the right to suspend or close any account where verification documents cannot be provided within a reasonable timeframe, or where the documents provided are found to be fraudulent, altered, or inconsistent with the information provided at registration.

4.Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 558jili account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time PINs (OTPs) associated with your account. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available;
• Never share your login credentials with any other person;
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices;
• Notify 558jili support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

558jili will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, is your responsibility unless you have notified 558jili of unauthorized access prior to the activity in question.

5.Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 558jili platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). 558jili supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• GCash and PayMaya / Maya (e-wallets);
• Bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank;
• Debit card (where supported by the issuing bank).

The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed in the Cashier section of your 558jili account. 558jili does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.

All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. 558jili reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the 558jili account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

558jili reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any other violation of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, 558jili will notify the Player and may request additional documentation.

6.Bonuses & Promotions

558jili offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail.

General bonus terms applicable to all 558jili promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed account verification and are in good standing;
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in each promotion's specific terms;
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each bonus. Unused Bonus Funds expire at the end of the validity period;
• 558jili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice;
• 558jili reserves the right to withhold or void bonuses and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated betting strategies to exploit bonus terms, or colluding with other Players.

7.Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 558jili platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently tested and verified by accredited third-party testing laboratories. The RNG ensures that game outcomes are random, unpredictable, and not influenced by any external factor, including previous game outcomes or the size of bets placed.

Live dealer games are conducted by trained human dealers in real time via video stream. The rules governing each live dealer game are displayed within the game interface. In the event of a technical failure during a live dealer game, the round will be voided and all bets returned to Players' accounts.

558jili reserves the right to void any bet or game result where:

• A technical error or malfunction has materially affected the game outcome;
• There is evidence that the game was exploited through a software bug, glitch, or unintended feature;
• The bet was placed in violation of these Terms & Conditions or the specific rules of the game.

Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing bets. 558jili provides game rules and paytable information within each game interface. Ignorance of game rules is not grounds for a refund or dispute.

8.Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 558jili platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the 558jili platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or place bets;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the 558jili platform's software or systems;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 558jili staff or other Players;
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN or other circumvention technology.

9.Suspension & Termination

558jili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where:

• The Player has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• 558jili has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• The Player has requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming tools;
• 558jili is required to do so by a regulatory authority, court order, or applicable law;
• The Player's account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

Upon termination of an account for reasons other than a violation of these Terms, any verified Real Money Funds remaining in the account will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of identity verification. Bonus Funds are non-refundable upon account closure under any circumstances.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 558jili reserves the right to forfeit all funds in the account, including Real Money Funds, where such forfeiture is proportionate to the nature and severity of the breach.

10.Responsible Gaming

558jili provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits – Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your 558jili account;
• Loss Limits – Cap the amount you can lose over a defined period;
• Session Time Reminders – Receive notifications after playing for a set duration;
• Self-Exclusion – Temporarily or permanently lock your account. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period;
• Reality Checks – Regular on-screen notifications displaying your session duration and net win/loss position.

11.Intellectual Property

All content on the 558jili platform, including but not limited to software, source code, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, text, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the platform, is the exclusive property of 558jili or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 558jili platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the 558jili platform;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any platform content;
• Use any 558jili trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written consent;
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform.

Any unauthorized use of 558jili's intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws, for which 558jili reserves all legal remedies.

12.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 558jili, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical failures, connectivity issues, or platform downtime;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any service offered thereon.

558jili's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude 558jili's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

13.Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the 558jili platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting 558jili support. 558jili will endeavor to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receiving written notice.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled through the above process.

14.Amendments to These Terms

558jili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 558jili will notify registered Players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the 558jili platform after the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting 558jili support.
